Bank Your Monthly Membership
Every dollar of your monthly membership payment becomes credit on your Revive account.
There is no separate membership access fee taken from your monthly amount. If you’re a Glow Member paying $250 per month, the full $250 is banked to your account.
Let Your Credit Build
Not ready to use your credit this month? No problem.
Your unused balance rolls over and continues accumulating until you’re ready to use it. Your credit does not expire while your membership remains active.
Save Before You Spend Your Credit
Your member savings are applied before your banked credit, helping your membership dollars go even further.
For example, a Radiance Member books a treatment priced at $1,000.
With the 15% member savings, the treatment price becomes $850.
Then $850 is deducted from the member’s banked balance.
You receive a $1,000 treatment while using only $850 of your banked credit.

Which Revive Membership Is Right for You?

The best membership isn’t necessarily the highest membership.
It’s the one that matches the care you actually plan to receive.
A simple way to estimate your ideal tier is to look at what you’ve spent on treatments, injectables, skincare, and wellness over the last 12 months and divide that amount by 12.
Your Revive provider can also walk through your personalized treatment plan with you and recommend the membership that makes the most sense.
If your treatment plan changes, you can move between membership tiers.

How do I get started?
Reserve your complimentary consultation. Your provider will discuss your goals, develop a personalized plan, and help you determine which membership tier best fits the care you’re planning.
What happens to my monthly membership payment?
Your full monthly membership amount is banked to your Revive account as credit.
Nothing is retained as a separate membership access fee.
What can I use my membership for?
Membership credit and member savings can be used toward eligible treatments, injectables, skincare and retail products, and wellness services at Revive Clinic & IV Therapy.
Laboratory fees, prescription medication costs, and concierge medicine membership fees are billed separately and are not eligible.
Does my membership credit expire?
No. Unused credit rolls over month to month for as long as your membership remains active.
How do my membership savings and banked credit work together?
Your member savings are applied to the eligible treatment or product price first. Your banked credit is then applied to the discounted amount.
This allows your banked credit to go further.
Can I change membership tiers?
Yes. You can move between tiers as your treatment plan changes. Speak with your provider or the Revive team to determine which tier best fits your current plan.
Which membership tier should I choose?
Choose the tier that most closely matches the care you realistically plan to receive rather than simply choosing the highest tier available.
Your provider can review your goals and recommended treatment plan with you and help determine the appropriate membership level.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Membership may be cancelled at any time with 60 days’ notice.
What happens to my unused credit if I cancel?
Your banked credit remains yours.
You can redeem it toward eligible treatments and products or have it transferred to a gift card. You do not lose the funds you have already banked.
Can membership savings be combined with other promotions?
No. Member savings cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Can I share my membership?
Membership and banked credit are non-transferable other than to an immediate family member with approval from Revive Clinic & IV Therapy.
Radiance and Elite Memberships include designated guest-pass benefits.
What is included with unlimited wellness technology?
Elite Membership includes unlimited sessions with eligible device-based wellness technologies offered at Revive.
Your provider will confirm which wellness technology services are included when you join.
Is membership the same as a treatment package?
No.
Treatment packages are designed around a specific treatment or series. Membership provides flexible banked credit that can be used across eligible aesthetics and wellness services as your treatment plan evolves.
Depending on your goals, your provider may recommend a membership, treatment package, or combination of both.
Do you accept insurance?
Revive Clinic & IV Therapy is a fee-for-service practice and does not accept insurance.
Revive Membership is not insurance and does not function as a health plan.
Membership Terms
Membership bills monthly and automatically renews until cancelled. Your full monthly membership payment is banked as account credit. Credit does not expire while membership remains active.
Member savings are applied before banked credit and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Membership may be cancelled with 60 days’ notice. Banked credit remains available for eligible treatments and products or may be transferred to a gift card. Membership payments are banked as credit and are not refunded in cash.
Membership and credit are non-transferable except to an immediate family member with approval from Revive Clinic & IV Therapy.
