Gift Card
A Gift That Lets Them Choose
Buying someone a treatment is a lovely idea and a difficult purchase. You know they have mentioned their skin, or that they have been exhausted for months, or that they said something once about their jawline. What you do not know is which treatment is right for them, whether they are a candidate for it, or whether they would rather have something else entirely.
A gift card solves that. You give the amount. They meet a provider, get a proper assessment, and put it toward whatever turns out to be right for them.
How It Works
- Choose your amount. Gift cards are available in whatever amount suits you.
- They book a consultation. Their first consultation is complimentary as a new patient, and includes a full aesthetic facial analysis and good faith exam.
- They receive a real recommendation. A provider assesses what they actually want and what will produce it, then builds a plan with a price.
- The card goes toward it. The full value applies to their treatment, and any remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
Why the Consultation Matters for a Gift
This is the part that makes a gift card work better than booking a treatment on someone’s behalf.
Every treatment at Revive follows a clinical evaluation. A provider reviews the recipient’s medical history, examines the areas they want to address, and confirms that a treatment is appropriate before it is performed. That protects them, and it protects your gift.
If the recipient turns out not to be a candidate for whatever you had in mind, nothing is wasted. The card remains available for something that suits them, chosen with their provider. Nobody is stuck with a prepaid treatment they cannot safely have.
What It Can Be Used For
Gift cards apply to treatments, injectables, skincare and retail products, and wellness services at Revive Clinic & IV Therapy.
They cannot be applied to laboratory fees, prescription medication costs, or concierge medicine membership fees, as those are billed separately and often through third parties.
Good Occasions for One
- Birthdays, for someone who has everything
- Anniversaries and Mother's Day
- A milestone birthday where a gift should feel considered
- Someone recovering from a demanding year
- A friend who has been talking about doing something for a while
- A colleague or client gift that is not another bottle of wine
- Yourself, quietly, in January
- Feeling like a diminished version of yourself without a clear reason
Gift Card Terms
- No expiration. Revive gift cards do not expire. The value remains available until it is used.
- No fees. There are no service, dormancy, maintenance, or inactivity fees. The amount you buy is the amount that gets spent.
- Partial use. Cards can be used across more than one visit. Any remaining balance stays on the card.
- Not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash except where required by law.
- Non-refundable. Gift card purchases are not refundable.
- Transferable. Gift cards may be given to or used by someone other than the purchaser.
- Lost or stolen cards. Cards registered at the time of purchase can be replaced for the remaining balance. Unregistered cards cannot be replaced.
- Using it alongside other savings. A gift card is a method of payment rather than a discount, so it can be applied to a purchase where member savings are also applied.
- Excluded purchases. Gift cards cannot be applied to laboratory fees, prescription medication costs, or concierge medicine membership fees.
- Treatment is subject to evaluation. A gift card does not entitle the recipient to any specific treatment. All treatments require individual evaluation, and candidacy is determined by a provider following examination.

If You Received One
Lovely. Here is what to do with it.
Book your consultation, which is complimentary as a new patient. Bring the card, or the details, and mention it when you book.
Your provider will look at whatever brought you in, review your health history, and recommend what will actually help. You will leave with a plan and a price, and your gift card applies to whatever you decide to do. Any balance left over stays on the card.
There is no obligation to use it on the day, and no pressure to spend more than the card covers.
